It features a Pan car steering setup and the Dynamic Steering setup (touring car) it comes with the parts to run both. I has a adjustable wheelbase it is 200mm wide at the front and rear and 254mm wheel to wheel.

This can also be changed due to our upper suspension mounting plate there are 4 holes each hole will change the position of the front suspension by 2.5mm so it will work as a short wheelbase car as well as a long wheels base car, good for high speed tracks and short tracks as well.

we run a stock front suspension or you can upgrade to the Pro-Strut CRC front suspension or our New Design Pro Racing Front Suspension.

We also are running our new rear pod design and spring plates.

This plate allows the rear suspension to stay true at all times and helps cut weight at the back of the chassis and there is no chassis tweak to speak of it is easy to setup and works on all track surfaces.

At the rear we are running a single center shock (TAM TRF) and a Cross shock (VCS)for side dampening for super-smooth dampening characteristics and rear pod damping, battery position, pod weight balance is perfect or the best we could do to give you a car that can run 4cell lipo or 6cell lipo packs.

RPM Releases Rear Bearing Carriers for the Traxxas Slash 4x4

Let’s face it: breaking parts sucks! When a part fails, the day is over. Not when your ride is equipped with RPM performance parts! Our newest muscle-laden product is a rear bearing carrier for the Slash 4x4. The stock version simply can’t handle Short Course carnage like RPM products can. Our version is 100% stock geometry-perfect, but with a few tweaks to improve durability significantly. A ring surrounds the bearing bores, providing additional rigidity while a redesigned camber rod mounting boss helps disperse impact energy more evenly throughout the length of the carrier’s arm. Additionally, the bearing bores in our bearing carriers are designed to hold the bearings tight, meaning absolutely no bearing slop in the bearing bores! We also reduced the endplay of the axles by approximately 1/64”, keeping your rear end tracking perfectly like it’s supposed to.

Obviously it wouldn’t be perfect without our trademark blend of RPM nylons that make our products so indestructible. Our carriers are so strong (like all RPM molded products are) that we back them with a limited lifetime warranty against breakage!

While we designed these bearing carriers with the Traxxas Slash 4x4 in mind, they are direct replacement parts for all of the following vehicles as well: Nitro Rustler, Nitro Stampede, Nitro Sport, Rad 2, Hawk 2, Eagle & Blue Eagle LSII!

Tamiya is proud to announce the release of the FF-03 PRO, the newest touring car chassis kit in our line-up. The FF-03 chassis features a horizontally-placed front-motor, frontwheel drive and comes enhanced with a range of high performance parts to offer you a new driving experience. Slim chassis features longitudinal battery position. R/C unit is placed on each side for optimized chassis balance.

Motor is securely attached to blue-anodized aluminum motor plate which enhances dissipation of motor heat. The compact gearbox is equipped with a large-sized ball differential.

Front suspension features the IFS setup. The damper mount is equipped with stabilizer holders.

3 wheelbases (257, 245, 233mm) can be assembled by replacing rear block parts. Rear dampers can be installed to either side of the suspension arms.

Tamiya Announces 1/10 R/C High-End Drifter

Tamiya is proud to announce the release this High-End Drift Machine. This machine adopts a front midship motor layout (motor within wheelbase) for optimum balance which is essential to drift driving. The upper frame features vertically mounted carbon plates which improve chassis rigidity while also providing enough flexiblity during drifting. The parallel geometry steering system provides this machine with excellent control of counter steering. The especially designed battery holder is adjustable and is compatible with Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, LF batteries. Glass tape can also be used to secure the battery.
