Maifield Wins 4×4 SCT at ROAR 2012 Off-Road Super Nationals

Ryan Maifield and his Reedy Sonic 550-powered SC10 4×4 were the class of the field at the 2012 ROAR 1/10 Off-Road Super Nationals.

Ryan set the fastest time in three of the four qualifying rounds to establish himself as top qualifier for the class, which meant that he would start from the pole position for each of the three legs of the A-Main event. However, Maifield sat out leg three after winning legs one and two wire-to-wire to win the 2012 ROAR 4×4 SCT National Championship.

Ryan’s Sonic 550 motor was paired with a Reedy #627 5200mAh 60C SP LiPo battery to create a smooth, yet powerful fade-free combination with excellent drivability. Once again, Reedy provides the power to win!
