Entrants must provide a valid email address and name. Incomplete or invalid entries will not be considered for prizes.

Winners will be chosen at random on or about the following Monday from entries received each week for the prize listed on the particular week.

Winners will be contacted at the provided email address used to enter, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner. Prizes will be mailed to the shipping address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email.

Multiple entries in the same week from the same individual will not be considered in the random selection and will not increase the individual’s chances of winning. No person may enter more than once in the same week using multiple email addresses.

Claiming of prizes requires an email response from the winning sender email address within 15 days of being notified of winning. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Unclaimed prizes may be awarded to another randomly selected individual after the 15 days.
By entering the RC Driver 12 Weeks of Winning giveaway, you authorize RC Driver to publish your name (if selected) in conjunction with a list of prize winners.

Each winner must supply RC Driver with his/her legal name, mailing address, and a contact telephone number.

All prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as offered, as there will be no substitutions and no cash equivalent. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred.

Participants must be residents of the 50 US States or the District of Columbia. Employees of Maplegate Media Group (MMG),Hobbico, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their family/household members are not eligible to enter.

Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted weekly from among all eligible entries received. The total number of eligible entries received will determine odds of winning. Entries become the property of MMG and will not be returned.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

The sponsors, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of force majeure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failure of any sort and to award all prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken by Sponsors.

All entrants agree that MMG, Hobbico, their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and agents and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes shall have no liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance and use of any prize.

Failure to execute and return any requested document within twenty-one (21) days of postmark, or return of notification of prize as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of MMG. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners.

Any applicable federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
