Update – Helion Animus 18TR

I was about to throw away the box that my cool new Animus 18SC shocks came in when I noticed something else orange  and shiny.  This time it was the rear orange anodized aluminum bumper for my Helion Animus 18TR.

Installation of the bumper on the Animus 18TR is really straight forward and the only tool required is a small phillips head screw driver.

First, flip the Animus 18TR over and remove the two screws that hold in the rear bumper.

With the screws loosened and removed, the stock plastic bumper simply pulls out.

Next, slide the new orange anodized aluminum bumper into place and re-install the two screws.
