 The foam strips add tune-ability as you can use them with Red EVO inserts, or omit them and use a standard Red insert. Application of the conversion kit is simple on any 1/10-scale 2WD/4WD front or rear wheel. Each kit comes with four EVO adapter bands and two foam strips.
