One of the recent Kyosho releases is the new Kyosho Mazda 787B Mini-Z RWD MR-04 which is modeled after the number 55 car that won the 24 hours of Le Mans in 1991.

OVERVIEW

This is an immaculate reproduction of the Mazda Renown Charge 787B; the first Japanese car to claim the Le Mans 24 Hour endurance race trophy in 1991, which was the last year open to rotary engine cars. With this new release from Kyosho you can enjoy the full experience of high-performance RC car racing right out of the box; just insert batteries into the car and transmitter. This is the simplicity of Kyosho Readyset packages. The small scale of the Mini-Z Racer is ideal for driving indoors and for people just becoming familiar with RC cars. This Mini-Z RWD Readyset includes a renewed 2-wheel drive chassis at its core. Previous Readyset packages incorporated the 3rd generation MR-03 chassis, but the new RWD Readyset includes the 4th generation MR-04 chassis that was first released in 2023. While retaining some basic elements of the MR-03 design, the new MR-04 demonstrated its lower center of gravity and remodeled steering design with blistering speed and excellent handling in the top-of-the-line EVO2 debut model. The MR-04 chassis is mounted with RC system and features a completed body finished to display model standard.

This Readyset includes the same standard MR-04 chassis as other high-end MR-04 models and includes user-friendly 130-class brushed motor and the reliable Syncro KT-531P pistol grip transmitter. Just insert 4 x AAA alkaline batteries into both the car and the transmitter, and you’re ready for the fun to begin. High-performance comes straight from the standard setup, but you can tune up for elite-level performance with a wide range of Mini-Z optional parts. With its dynamic maneuverability display model finish, the updated MR-04 chassis takes the authentic RC experience to a higher level.
